Stress Management at Work

%

Work Related Stress

%

Unhappy With Support

The American Psychological Association in 2023 found that 77% of employees reported experiencing work related stress with 57% saying they were unhappy with the support provided by their employer.

For the US it isn’t any better. A UK survey in 2021 found that

%

79% of people said they felt stressed at least once a month

%

7% (one in every 14) said they feel stressed every single day and on average, a typical UK adult feels stressed approximately 8.27 days a month. That equates to more than twice a week!

(Censuswide survey in 2021)

This means that everyday, we are walking into environments where multiple people are feeling stressed, unsupported and burnout.

I just wanted to take a quick moment to share how wonderful it was to work with Rachel during MTC’s Be The Difference Annual Inclusion Event attended by 200+ staff members. She was a true professional from the beginning to the end, and her workshop was the highest rated session of the conference!

If I were asked to pick a handful of words to describe her I immediately think of: flexible, accommodating, friendly, professional, quick-witted, intuitive, and hilarious. She was extremely thorough in asking questions and very in tune to the topic of the workshop. She tailored a message that was spot on in the material, highly engaging and mindful in her delivery. She held the audience’s attention captive the entire time she was presenting!

After working with Rachel I would strongly recommend her for any future event, either inside or outside of our company.
