“‘I found the coaching sessions with Rachel very helpful. I never had coaching sessions myself and despite all my reading on personal development, I have to admit that the sessions with Rachel have helped me to focus and achieve things that I have been putting on hold for a while. I have felt listened to and stretched and felt very comfortable talking to Rachel about areas of my life that were not as good as I wanted them. She has helped me to be aware of weaknesses and strengths and how to use the latter to achieve my goals.

Thank you Rachel for your time. You are a great coach.”
